Check the "Manage Subscriptions" (UCP --> Overview) too. May the system forgot your settings.

I don't seem to get email notifications of PMs (not that I get many). Email notifications are on, email address is correct. I have checked the spam folder and mailserver logs - but nothing.

No notifications at all

Any other pieces of advice guys - other than its a system error

I see you registered in Feb 01 when the site still wasn't 100% after the outage (for example admins activated a lot of accounts because the activation e-mail was broken)) so I'm still quite sure the system mixed up something (with you e-mail address in the UCP maybe?).. I'd change the e-mail for a while and delete/redefine subscriptions. No better idea at the moment...

Yeah I think re-subscribing would be a good idea...

Unfortunately when Brian (franb), changed his email address, he did not receive the e-mail change confirmation email, so now he cannot log in.

He's a little sad now....
